TERMS OF PURCHASE

DELIVERY TIME: Credit card orders received by phone, fax or mail are processed and shipped within 3-10 business days of receipt in most cases. Your credit card will be charged at the time the item you ordered is shipped. When you order more than one item, all items are not always shipped together. If an item is out of stock at the time we receive your order, we will notify you of any delay over 25 days and give the expected shipping date of that item. Orders paid by check will take 2-3 weeks to ship. If you are in a rush, we suggest you send a money order or a
credit card order.

RUSH DELIVERY: If you need an item in a rush, please inquire about the small additional charge in each case. We ship via Federal Express, UPS or other carrier and will always seek the most economical way to ship your order. Rush Delivery charges are not refundable.                                                                
RETURNS: We will accept an item back only if we receive it within 30 days from the date of purchase and in new condition. We request you keep the original packaging material and outside carton and send the item back prepaid and insured for its full value to: CARIBBEAN OFFSHORE CONNECTION, INC., 7904 N.W. 66 STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA. 33166. ATTN : RETURNS GOODS. Please enclose a packaging slip and/or receipt in the return box. Returns and Refunds apply only to mail order items not purchased at retail stores.

REFUNDS: Refunds for merchandise received within 30 days of purchase and in good condition will be made promptly to the purchaser. Shipping and/or express charges are not refundable. We will refund charges when we have made an error and shipped the wrong item(s) or when it has been received damaged.

DAMAGE CLAIMS: If you receive a damaged item, please keep the original packaging material and outside carton. Call us immediately at: 305-591-7793 in order to replace the item. We will notify the carrier and have the package picked up at the address where it was sent within 5-7 business days.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept it back if in new condition, for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
